Apex Innovation Academy schedules meaningful activities for their students and families. Over time, lives are changed for the better; not only the lives of the students, but the lives of the families and those in the community that are impacted by Apex Student Leaders.

Every Wednesday is pizza day! We walk a block over the Stadium Pizza for lunch. Yum!
Summer/Fall 2024
Goal Setting Conferences, August 6, All Day. Parents, student and Mr. Bedley set first quarter goals. Zoom or Dream Center.
GRAND OPENING! August 7. Families are encouraged to come hang out and see what AIA is all about!
Elsinore Library, August 16, during school hours. Walking trip to check out mucho books!
Ruben H. Fleet Science Center, August 23, All Day. Students will explore the hands-on learning activities at this wonderful museum in Balboa Park, San Diego. We then visit the Lamp Gas Quarter and enjoy a dinner out as well as see Petco Park.
Beach Day, September 6, All Day into the evening. Play in the sun, sand, and water. Enjoy dinner together by the fire. Carlsbad.
Elsinore Library, September 13, during school hours. Walking trip to check out some sweet books!
UCR Visit, September 20, Students will visit the University of California at Riverside to be inspired to dive deeper into their education.
Safari Park, October 4, All Day: It's FREE month at the Safari Park. Students and their families are encouraged to join us for a day of learning about animals! Escondido
Student Exhibition, October 10, 7 PM: Student leaders from AIA will demonstrate their learning from the first 9 weeks of the year. Dream Center.

San Diego Maritime Museum, October 25 , All Day. Visit one of the top maritime museums in the US. We will also stop by the Seaport Village for some outdoor shopping. San Diego Harbor.
Amazon Fulfillment Center Tour, November 8, All Day. See how Amazon takes your orders and gets them out to you so fast! Eastvale.
Elsinore Library, November 22, during school hours. Walking trip to check out super hard books that only the smartest people are able to read!
Mission Inn Festival of Lights, December 13, 2 PM-8 PM. See the amazing lights, hear the Christmas music, and do some ice skating in Riverside at this amazing display! First stop is The Cheech, hispanic art museum. Then lights, music, food, ice skating, and Santa!

Rock Fitness Experience, January 24, All Day. We will be doing indoor rock climbing, trying out physical challenges, playing on trampolines, and more! Wildomar.
The Getty Center, February 7, All Day. World famous art museum. Los Angeles.
Elsinore Library, February 14, during school hours. Walking trip to check out some gnarly books.
Snow Trip! February 21, All Day. We head up to the mountains to go sledding, throw snow balls, build snow creatures, learn science and geography, and more. Big Bear
Mulligan Family Fun Center, March 7, All Day.

Convalescent Home Service Project, April 18, during school hours. The students will brighten the days of elderly people and get some great life lessons in the process. TBD

Family Coffee House Social, April 21, 7 to 9 PM. A student-run evening of yummy coffee drinks and young talent entertainment. La Taza Coffee House.
Storm Baseball Game, May 2, 7-10 PM. An Apex Family night of minor league baseball. Lake Elsinore's Storm Stadium.
LA County Fair, May 16, 9:30 AM to 10 PM. Pet some sheep. Eat some deep fried Twinkies. Wait in lines. What could be better than a fair? Pamona.
